Muted ink
- VS Code gets an extension icon, and releases publish to Open VSX for Cursor.
- Mono comments and strings now use a separate muted ink instead of sharing the base.
- Zed captures match the Neovim and VS Code classification. Neovim 0.2.2 ships both fixes.

- A GitHub release now starts the editor-store workflows, so stores follow GitHub.

Four variants, one source
- The old VS Code palettes are replaced. Where you had Soft, choose a paper variant.
- Every port ships
light, dark, light-paper and dark-paper. - Zed ships as its own repository, and the site links to it.
- Neovim is promoted to the stable
lig identity, with the sixteen plugin integrations from lig.nvim. - All ports are generated from
core/spec.json; no adapter keeps its own colors.
